Many students I have talked to are really excited about Google Classroom. These are students that have struggled with the organization of school materials in the past. I have watched students in classes from the back of the classroom taking notes and maintaining focus on class discussions. I have also heard from parents saying "I can't believe (student) emailed his teacher last night! He would never have done that before."  I think actually the student was commenting on Google Classroom not through email, but that's ok.
