Working with Blogger
Uploading image: Can do it by clicking on picture icon in post and uploading from file, but really easy to go to more after clicking on picture and upload from url (insert url) and picture just shows up!
Changing image size: Scroll over picture in your post and it says big, medium, small (or something like this). Click on size and it resizes
Click on title of blog to get back to full blog if looking at a single post
Labels: Little label like icon (Minnie Pearl's hat). Can add by clicking on this or ones already in system will pop up. Administrator can go to left column admin thing and under layout you can add widgets like labels, advertising (!), photo slide show, etc. With the label widget, it asks if you want to include all labels or pick specific ones. This allows you to get rid of all the silly labels and use the specific ones you actually use. Supposedly we can share these from one teacher to another so, for example, you can get all the proficiencies from another teacher who has already input these labels.
Remember to click update.
You can sort posts by labels all sorts of ways. With the widget installed, you just click on the floating labels on top of the blog. If you don't have this, you can click on the word label and sort by pop up titles. Probably other ways as well.

Little note on blog posts: Others can see preview of posts not yet posted. Could be good to see if students are actually working, but don't make any joke drafts with ranting swear words you plan not to post or delete and edit anew:).
